Toni and Fiorela are founded DCandela food truck in 2020 to meet the increasing demand for mobile food solutions. They aimed to provide Arequipa market with a range of products that make food preparation easy, efficient, and hygienic in mobile units. They paid special attention to elements such as feasibility, practicality, mobility, and ease of cleaning while designing their products. The company focuses on optimizing trucks for building commercial kitchens in small spaces, meeting the highest standards for mass food preparation.
DCandela food truck faced difficulties in obtaining equipment and manufacturing metal components at the start. Their first project took a month and a half to complete.
After this project, they improved their process by reduced manufacturing time from a month and a half to 11 days while improving the quality of the final product. The company’s production lines were operating at full capacity, completing 20 projects per month, serving client in Arequipa, Moquegua, Puerto Maldonado, Tacna and nany more.
